My name is Emmy, I am a sophomore in high school.  I am online schooled, which enables me to develop my skills and bake very often. My favorite things are baking and school. When I am not making presentations or writing reports, you will find me in the kitchen. I have been making tiered cakes and pastries since I was 11. Over the last couple of years I have created my own recipes and new flavor combinations! I love creating food that looks incredible, but tastes even better!
